The program fulfills the requirement for becoming a Certified Acupuncturist by the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care (PITAHC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-red-color has-text-color\">Classes for the Comprehensive Acupuncture Training Program for the academic year 2026\u20132027 begin in May 2026. Applicants without a medical background must enroll in prerequisite courses, which will begin in January 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">b) A\u00a0<strong>Comprehensive Training Program on Traditional Chinese Medicine<\/strong>\u00a0is a full course of TCM which includes Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, Chinese Herbology, Chinese Nutrition and Tai Chi\/ Qi Gong. And during that time, you are free to ask questions regarding our programs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Kindly send to our email: smicitcmphilippines@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-red-color has-text-color\" id=\"program-requirements\">Program Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original copies of all transcripts of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two letters of recommendation from former professors, colleagues or supervisors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated resume, which outlines educational development and relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a one-paged typed essay, describing your purpose for wanting to study and practice Traditional Chinese Medicine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hepatitis B vaccination, copy of this immunization record and Tuberculosis clearance must be provided prior to enrollment of program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants for admission to the program must have completed sufficient undergraduate studies which is equivalent to at least three years of general education studies (115 semester credits) from a regionally accredited degree-granting college or university; or completed Bachelor Degree, Associate of Science, or Associate of Arts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-red-color has-text-color\" id=\"admission-for-foreign-students\">Admission for Foreign Students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foreign students interested in enrolling at the Institute must comply with all admissions requirements listed under Admission Requirements section of this catalog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcript of Records and Diploma authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicant&#8217;s country.
